Paola Natali, a lawyer since 2000 and a qualified advocate since 2017, is the owner of the law firm of the same name.

Since 2005, she has served as a legal advisor to companies and operators in the construction and real estate sectors, offering assistance in managing authorization procedures, drafting and reviewing procurement, leasing, and sales agreements, risk analysis, and dispute resolution.

She served as a member of the Board of Directors of IPAB from 2009 to 2012, participating in decision-making processes and defining governance and development strategies. She also has experience managing organizational dynamics and relationships with public and private stakeholders.

Since 2010, she has provided legal advice to associations active in protecting the rights of families, minors, and individuals with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD).

Since 2015, she has also provided consulting services to cultural and voluntary associations, promoting awareness-raising initiatives. As a creator and speaker, she participates in the organization and management of conferences and seminars on corporate law, networking, and networking.

Dr. Natali joined AB AQUA in January 2026. Within the group, she serves as legal advisor on contractual matters. She also conducts regulatory research on water protection issues, and maintains relationships with institutions on projects and initiatives aimed at supporting AB AQUA's growth and impact in the water resources management and sustainability sector.
