Aurora Gentili graduated cum laude with a Master’s degree in International Relations from LUMSA University in Rome, specializing in the curriculum “International Relations in the Digital Era.”

Thanks to the Premio America Giovani award, she subsequently completed the advanced training master promoted by the Italy–USA Foundation in “Leadership in International Relations and Made in Italy.”

Throughout her academic and professional journey, Aurora has gained significant international experience: a month in India with the Intercultura Association, two study stays (one in the United States and one in Brazil) with CISV – an organization active in conflict resolution and sustainable development – and an internship at the Italian Embassy in Lisbon as part of the MAECI-CRUI program.

Most recently, she completed her universal civil service in Mbalmayo, Cameroon, where she contributed to two EU-funded international cooperation projects dedicated to supporting minors in vulnerable situations.

Role in AB AQUA

Dr. Aurora Gentili joined AB AQUA in September 2025. Within the group, she is engaged in project design, focusing on research, drafting, and writing of proposals for national and European calls aimed at the strategic and sustainable management of water resources.
