Born in 2000, Marcello Grazzi earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Roma Tre University in 2023.
His final dissertation focused on French semi-presidentialism in the current political context.

During this period, he had the opportunity to spend six months in Berlin through the Erasmus program, where he developed social and adaptability skills, with a focus on economic and international studies.

He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Relations in the Digital Era at LUMSA University in Rome, with his thesis examining the relationship between the European Union and India in today’s context of global transformations. It was precisely during this academic journey that he developed a strong awareness of the strategic importance of the water sector as a geopolitical factor.

During his Master’s program, he also completed an internship at the FORMIT Foundation in the field of European project design, where he acquired foundational knowledge of project cycle management.
