The second meeting between CISCAM - Centro Italiano Studio Cultura Africana e Mediterranea and AB AQUA is now available in video format.

Dr. Roberto Natali introduces the topic of Africa as a continent of high value, rich in opportunities, resources and fascinating cultures. However, attention remains high on the problems related to water shortages, food resources and the fragility of a part of the population.

AB AQUA aims to bring water closer to people, both by contributing to the dissemination of knowledge of water strategies and with studies on the concrete construction of wells and canals to help agriculture.

Dr. Filippo Verre presents the case of the Sinohydro Corporation - a Chinese state-owned company - selected by the Nigerian government for the construction of the Zungeru hydroelectric plant.

This is an important hydraulic infrastructure that, once completed, will be the second most important in the territory.
