Maria Teresa Rossi holds a Master’s degree in International Studies from Roma Tre University. During her studies, she took part in the Erasmus+ programme at the Université de Liège, where she deepened her understanding of European institutions, multilevel governance, and international relations.
She completed two postgraduate Master’s programmes at the Italian Society for International Organization (SIOI): one in International Functions and Development Cooperation and another in Diplomatic Studies, strengthening her expertise in diplomacy and international organizations. From 2020 to 2024, she lived in Brussels, where she worked for various international entities and networks, gaining solid experience in institutional mechanisms and European policies. She began her professional career with an internship at the Delegation of Confindustria to the European Union, followed by a traineeship at the European Parliament. She later served as Communications and Policy Assistant at the European Cleaning and Facility Services Industry (EFCI) and subsequently as Events and Project Coordinator at the consultancy firm ICF, where she was responsible for the design and management of EU initiatives, institutional event organization, and strategic communication activities.
She has also participated in international volunteer projects in Tanzania, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Mongolia — experiences that have deepened her interest in international cooperation and multilateral diplomacy, with particular attention to intercultural dynamics and sustainable development processes.
